Abenotech (the "Operator") handles the user information obtained in this app and through the contact form on the Operator's website appropriately, in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws. By using this app or the contact form on the Operator's website, the user is deemed to have agreed to the handling of information in accordance with this Policy.

In providing this app, the Operator collects the following information.

This app does not directly collect or store the user's password. Authentication is performed through Google or Apple, and Firebase Authentication.

3. Purposes of Use

The Operator uses the collected information for the following purposes.

・To provide this app, verify identity, and perform authentication
・To display the nickname, icon image, and posted content (including post images) within this app
・To provide the function of organizing and managing the user's own posts using child information
・To provide the post-viewing functions (viewing one's own posts and viewing other users' posts in reverse chronological order)
・To improve the quality of this app and investigate and fix issues
・To respond to reported posts, to address conduct that violates the Terms of Service, and to prevent misuse
・To respond to inquiries from users and to reply to the email address they provided
・To deliver and display ads, optimize the ad experience, and grant available posts based on rewarded-ad views

4. Provision to Third Parties and Sharing with External Services

1.Except as required by law, the Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent.
2.To operate this app, the Operator uses the following external services and has them handle information to the extent necessary to provide their services. The handling of information by each service is subject to that provider's privacy policy.

This app uses Google AdMob to deliver ads. Google AdMob may collect and use information such as the device's advertising identifier (advertising ID) to provide a better ad experience. For Google's privacy policy, please see https://policies.google.com/privacy.

About the Disclosure of Posted Content

The nickname, icon image, and posted content (misspoken word, intended word, description, and post image) are disclosed to other users of this app. Please do not enter or post information you do not wish to make public. Note that the child's name and the child's icon image are information for the user's own post management and are not disclosed to other users.

5. Data Storage and Security Management

1.The collected information is stored on AWS (DynamoDB, S3, etc.). Icon images, child icon images, and post images are uploaded to and stored in S3 using the signed URL (presigned URL) method.
2.The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures for the security management of the collected information, including the prevention of leakage, loss, and damage.

6. Retention Period and Deletion of Data

1.The Operator retains information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use or for the period prescribed by law.
2.When a user deletes their account, the Operator will, within a reasonable period, delete or render unusable the related profile information, post information, and the like. However, it may retain such information for a certain period for backups, legal retention obligations, prevention of misuse, and similar purposes.

7. Rights of Users

1.Through the functions of this app, the user may view, edit, and delete their own profile information and post information. The user may also delete their account.
2.The user may request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, and the like of their own personal information held by the Operator. To make such a request, please contact us through the in-app contact feature (see Section 12).

8. Handling of Information About Children

1.This app is intended for posting and sharing children's misspoken words, but it assumes that account registration and operation are carried out by adults (including guardians), or by minors who have obtained the consent of their guardian.
2.The user may optionally register a child's name and a child's icon image, but these are internal information for the user to organize and manage their own posts, and are not disclosed to other users (they are not displayed in posts).
3.When posting information or episodes about a child, the user shall give due consideration to the rights and privacy of the child and their guardian. Please do not post information about a third party's child without the consent of the child or their guardian.
4.The Operator places importance on protecting children's privacy and may delete posts it deems inappropriate. If you wish to have information about a child deleted, please contact us through the in-app contact feature.

9. International Data Transfers

In the external services used by this app (such as Google and AWS), information may be processed and stored on servers outside Japan. The Operator takes appropriate measures for such transfers in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Cookies and Identifiers

This app and the external services it uses may use identifiers and similar technologies to maintain the user's authentication state and to improve service quality. These are used to the extent necessary to provide this app. This app may also use the device's advertising identifier (advertising ID) to deliver and optimize ads.
